THE GOLDEN BOY WORKOUT

DESCRIPTION: Boxing – using a variety of muscles at once, this class requires rapid movement, therefore increasing your cardio endurance. In particular, the Golden Boy Workout is helpful in toning the belly, arms and love handles. Aside from helping you tone your body and lose fat, boxing promotes good core muscle development, and stronger core muscles protect your back and provide abdominal strength. Getting your heart rate up not only helps you lose weight, but it also helps strengthen your heart, control blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease and Type 2 Diabetes.
