Born and raised in Los Angeles, I started boxing at the age of 8. With a great amateur boxing background, I was able to win 3 National Golden Glove Tournaments. I turned professional at the age of 20, with an undefeated record of 7 wins, 0 losses, 1 draw,  and 4 knockouts. Unfortunately, an unforeseen car accident ended my pro boxing career. I was trained by one of the most respected trainers in the game by the likes of Freddy Roach, Joey Olivo and Jesus Lopez.

I am more than just a certified personal trainer – I believe that health and wellness is the foundation of living a balanced and fulfilled life. I integrate my training knowledge and expertise into individualized, progressive programs that deliver tangible results for each client.
